Position: Sr. Software Engineer<\/b>

\n <\/div>•Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software solutions for complex business problems.
\n <\/div>•Leading technical design discussions and architectural decisions for major features.
\n <\/div>•Reviewing code, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining high code quality standards.
\n <\/div>•Collaborating with product managers to refine requirements and propose technical solutions.
\n <\/div>•Identifying and resolving technical debt and system bottlenecks.
\n <\/div>•Providing guidance and training to junior developers to help them grow their skills.

\n <\/div>•Regularly communicating with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.

\n <\/div>•Experience building and maintaining large -scale applications and performance optimisation.
\n <\/div>•Background in agile development methodologies.
\n <\/div>•Experience with microservices and event -driven architecture.
\n <\/div>•Experience with test -driven development.
\n <\/div>•Experience with CI/CD practices and DevOps culture.
\n <\/div>•Hands -on experience using AI -assisted development tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) in day -to -day development.
\n <\/div>•Experience integrating LLM APIs or AI -powered features into production applications.
\n <\/div>
\n <\/div>I bring these skills<\/b>
\n <\/div>•Solid proficiency in at least one OOP language (C#.NET, Java, C++).
\n <\/div>•Solid proficiency in at least one JavaScript framework (React.js, Next.js, Angular).
\n <\/div>•Solid proficiency in a cloud platform (Azure / AWS / GCP).
\n <\/div>•Solid proficiency in SQL Server and Redis.
\n <\/div>•Strong understanding of Datadog and LaunchDarkly.
\n <\/div>•Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
\n <\/div>•Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

\n <\/div>AI Tooling<\/b>
\n <\/div>•Proficiency with AI -assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code).
\n <\/div>•Practical understanding of prompt engineering and LLM API integration (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic).
\n <\/div>•Familiarity with AI/ML design patterns including RAG architectures and vector databases.
