As a support worker for Leora Healthcare, you will be providing our clients assistance at home and in the community, such as:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

  Shopping<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

  \n <\/p><\/li>

\n

  Companionship<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
  \n <\/p><\/li>

\n
• \n

  Meal preparation<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
  \n <\/p><\/li>

\n
• \n

  Light housekeeping<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
  \n <\/p><\/li>

\n
• \n

  Social and community access<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
  \n <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

  Your Care Coordinator will work with you to book shifts requiring services you’re most comfortable to provide.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

  Skills & Qualifications<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • \n

    Great communication skills with care and empathy for people<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    \n <\/p><\/li>

  • \n

    Able to drive and transport clients (desirable)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    \n <\/p><\/li>

  \n
  • \n

    Cert III or IV in Disability or Aged Care or other relevant qualifications (desirable)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    \n <\/p><\/li>

  \n
  • \n

    Complex care experience (desirable)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    \n <\/p><\/li>

  \n
  • \n

    Experience supporting clients with challenging behaviour (desirable)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    \n <\/p><\/li><\/ul>
