Role: People & Culture Coordinator

Location: Camberwell (Full-time, 1 day working from home)

\n

The Role:

\n
\n

This is a hands-on generalist role at the heart of our global people function. You'll own end-to-end recruitment - briefing hiring managers across multiple regions, running campaigns, and delivering a great candidate experience - while building genuine exposure across the full employee lifecycle: contracts, onboarding, policy, HRIS, employee relations, and people initiatives.

Who we’re looking for

\n
\n

Years of experience matter less than how you operate.

\n
\n

You’re someone who:

\n
\n

\n
\n
• 2+ years' experience in recruitment or a similar role, ideally in a fast-paced or scaling environment
\n
\n
• Comfort working with HRIS systems and managing end-to-end recruitment lifecycles
\n
\n
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust across teams and regions
\n
\n
• A people-first approach, balanced with sound judgement and self-management under tight deadlines
  
\n
\n
• Proactive - you take initiative and full ownership of your role
\n
\n
• Someone with a genuine growth mindset, keen to develop toward a P&C Advisor career
\n
\n
