What You'll Do

  • Coordinate reservations for flights, hotels, transportation, and travel experiences.
  • Review booking confirmations and travel documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Communicate with clients to gather travel preferences and provide itinerary updates.
  • Research destinations, accommodations, and travel options based on client needs.
  • Monitor reservation changes, travel schedules, and outstanding booking items.
  • Maintain organized digital records and client documentation.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel.

Requirements
