We are hiring experienced and qualified Butchers (ANZSCO ) for an excellent opportunity in Queensland, Australia. The ideal candidate should have hands -on experience in meat cutting, trimming, processing, and maintaining food safety standards in a retail or processing environment.<\/span>
\n <\/span><\/p>

Key Responsibilities:<\/span>
\n <\/span><\/h3>\n

\n
• Prepare and cut meat as per customer and business requirements<\/span>
  \n <\/span><\/li>
\n
• Bone, trim, slice, mince, and tenderise meat products<\/span>
  \n <\/span><\/li>
\n
• Ensure proper weighing, packaging, and labelling of products<\/span>
  \n <\/span><\/li>
\n
• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards<\/span>
  \n <\/span><\/li>
\n
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control<\/span>
  \n <\/span><\/li>
\n
• Work with the team to meet production targets<\/span>
  \n <\/span><\/li>
\n
• Provide excellent customer service when required<\/span>
  \n <\/li><\/ul><\/span>
  Requirements<\/h3>\n
  \n
  • Certificate III in Meat Processing (Retail Butcher) or equivalent qualification
    \n <\/span><\/li>
  \n
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience as a qualified butcher
    \n <\/span><\/li>
  \n
  • Strong knowledge of meat cuts and food safety standards
    \n <\/span><\/li>
  \n
  • Good knife handling and meat preparation skills
    \n <\/span><\/li>
  \n
  • Valid Skills Assessment for Butcher
    \n <\/span><\/li>
  \n
  • Valid IELTS or PTE score for Australia visa requirements
    \n <\/span><\/li>
  \n
  • Eligible for 482 Visa Sponsorship
    \n <\/span><\/li>
  \n
  • Physically fit to perform job duties<\/span>
