The Opportunity
\n
\n
This is a unique executive leadership opportunity to shape the financial and operational foundation of Revolution Medicines' rapidly expanding JPAC business. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, JPAC, with a dotted-line relationship to the Chief Financial Officer, the Vice President, Finance & Operations, JPAC will serve as the senior finance and operations leader across the region.

As a member of the JPAC Leadership Team, this executive will partner closely with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Clinical Development, Regulatory, Legal, Human Resources and Global Finance to enable sustainable business growth while ensuring operational excellence across multiple affiliates and distributor markets.

The Vice President will establish scalable financial and operational infrastructure, drive disciplined business planning, oversee governance and compliance, and provide strategic financial leadership that supports commercialization, affiliate expansion and future portfolio growth across the JPAC region.

Success in the Role

Within the first 24–36 months, the successful leader will:

\nBuild a scalable Finance & Operations organization supporting the growth of the JPAC region.

\nProvide financial leadership supporting commercialization, affiliate expansion and long-term regional growth.

\nLead strategic planning, portfolio prioritization and investment decisions across the region.

\nDeliver financial insights that support executive decision-making and optimize business performance.

Finance & Business Planning

\nLead all regional financial activities including financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, accounting oversight, treasury, procurement, payroll coordination and internal controls.

\nPartner with Corporate Accounting to ensure accurate financial reporting across all regional legal entities.

\nLead Long Range Planning, Annual Operating Plans and periodic forecasting across the JPAC region.
\n
\nOversee regional P&L performance, financial analysis and resource allocation.
\n
\nDrive continuous improvement of financial systems, reporting capabilities and business processes to support future scale.

Operations & Commercial Enablement

\nSupport development of scalable operating models across affiliates and distributor markets.

\nEnsure operational processes enable efficient commercialization while maintaining compliance and business continuity.

\nEnsure full compliance with all applicable financial, legal, regulatory and corporate governance requirements across the region.

\nEstablish and maintain robust internal control frameworks in partnership with Corporate Finance.

\nOversee financial audits, statutory reporting and regulatory compliance across regional entities.

\nPartner closely with Legal, Tax and Compliance to ensure effective governance of contracts, transfer pricing, procurement and third-party relationships.

Required Skills, Experience and Education:
\n
\n

\nAdvanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related discipline; MBA, CPA, CA or CFA preferred.

\nSignificant senior finance leadership experience within the global biopharmaceutical industry.
\n
\nDemonstrated success leading regional or international finance organizations supporting commercial operations.
\n
\nExperience managing complex regional P&Ls, financial planning and business performance.
\n
\nExperience establishing or scaling finance organizations supporting affiliate growth.
\n
\nStrong understanding of international financial reporting, governance, compliance and internal controls.
\n
\nExperience supporting commercial product launches within pharmaceutical or biotechnology organizations.
\n
\nDemonstrated success partnering with executive leadership teams in highly matrixed global organizations.
\n
\nStrong strategic planning, financial analysis and operational leadership capabilities.
\n
\nExceptional communication, executive influencing and stakeholder management skills.
