Join an established Australian residential developer
A boutique sales team is looking for its next senior closer. This developer has been building premium apartments for 20 years and is now selling a landmark inner Melbourne project with momentum behind it.
The opportunity
You’ll focus on luxury off the plan sales, working with downsizers, mature buyers and double income professionals. Apartments range from $1.2M to $4M. The project is selling strongly, with a clear runway ahead. You’ll work from an on-site display suite with a steady flow of qualified leads, currently 30 to 40 per week with capacity to scale. You’ll join a sales team of three and report directly to the Managing Director. There’s a pipeline beyond this project too, with a new building in a strong location close to being secured.
About you
- Off the plan apartment sales experience at $1M+ in Melbourne (non-negotiable)
- Background in project sales with a developer or a prestige residential agency
- A natural closer who is hungry, self-driven and comfortable at a high price point
- Strong CRM discipline (Salesforce an advantage)
- Available five days a week, including one weekend day
