We’re seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to support detailed engineering design of substation packages, working across HV/LV systems and interfaces to ensure safe, reliable and cost-effective outcomes.

• Contract: 12+ months (with long-term project pipeline)
\n
• Location: Perth CBD
\n
• Roster: 5:2
\n

Key Responsibilities\n

\n
• Detailed engineering design for substations and switchrooms
\n
• Provide technical input into selection/specification of HV & LV systems
\n
• Establish and maintain technical design standards
\n
• Integrate HV/LV and protection systems into a fully functional solution
\n
• Design documentation including cabling, lighting, and lightning calculations
\n
• Support testing and commissioning activities as required
\n

What You’ll Bring\n

\n
• Degree qualification in Electrical Engineering
\n
• Demonstrated experience in detailed design engineering
\n
• Exposure to electrical wiring databases
\n
• Strong knowledge and application of Australian Electrical Standards
\n
• Ability to balance technical delivery with commercial outcomes
\n
• Confident decision-making, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams
\n
• High-level written and verbal communication skills; proficient with Microsoft Office
\n
