We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Optical Sales Assistant to join us across two of our beautiful stroes, Rhodes and Macquarie.

\n

This is a fantastic role that can be full-time or part-time.

What a typical day looks like: \n

• Guide customers through our curated collections, helping them find frames that match their personality, face shape, and lifestyle.
\n
• Confidently explain lens technology and product benefits, making the complex feel simple and exciting.
\n
• Keep our store looking like a high-end gallery. You’ll ensure the environment is visually stunning, welcoming, and organised.
\n
• Support both our clinical and retail teams to ensure a seamless flow from the eye test chair to the final fitting.
\n
• From the first "hello" to the final collection, you’ll deliver a warm, personalised service that keeps our community coming back.
\n

• Ideally you will be able to speak Mandarin.
\n

• You stay on top of trends and love the world of fashion and accessories.
\n
• You’re a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment where optometrists and our retail team work hand-in-hand.

• You are genuinely warm, energetic and love connecting with people.
\n
• You're adaptable, you enjoy a bit of variety in your week and are happy splitting your time between our Rhodes and Macquarie stores where required.

• You can demonstrate customer service and/or sales capabilities.
\n
• You appreciate high-quality products and take pride in precise work.
