Position: AI Scenario Designer
Type: Contract
Compensation: $80–$150/hour
Commitment: 20+ hours/week

Role Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Build richly detailed personas and simulated digital environments using tools like Gmail , Slack , Calendar , WhatsApp , and Google Drive .
\n
• Write tasks that challenge an AI agent's ability to reason, filter, and prioritize effectively.
\n
• Run the agent against your scenarios, evaluate its performance, and guide it to success through structured hints.
\n
• Document your work clearly in Airtable and Crucible .
\n
• Work independently and manage your own workflow while improving AI model performance.
\n

Qualifications

\n

Must-Have

\n

\n
• Undergrad degree , 2+ years professional experience.
\n
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
\n
• Comfort with structured tools like JSON editors , Airtable , and AI platforms.
\n

\n

Preferred

\n

\n
• Writing chops : experience as a copywriter, UX writer, journalist, content strategist, editor, or creative writer.
\n
• Multi-stakeholder coordination : experience as a PM, account manager, consultant, client success, event coordinator, or producer.
\n
• World-building / creative design : experience as a game designer, curriculum designer, UX researcher, simulation designer, or tabletop RPG creator.
\n
• Technical / data comfort : familiarity with JSON , Jira/Asana , technical PM, data analyst, or exposure to SQL/Python .
