Roster: BIBO local from Canberra, ACT on a 14:7 roster

The Role

- \n
- Assisting in the kitchen and dining room service areas - food handling and food preparation required \n
- Providing customer service in the tavern or retail shop \n
- Maintaining cleanliness of outdoor areas and common areas \n
- Work 14 days on 7 days off \n
- 10 –11-hour shifts in a physically active role \n

About You
\n
- \n
- Ability to travel safely to and from work \n
- Physically fit and able to work long shifts (up to11 hours) \n
- You will be required to obtain a National Police Check, should you not have one dated within the last 6 months \n
- Ability to endure remote environments in extreme weather conditions \n
- Must pass a pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol screening \n
- Previous kitchen experience preferred but not essential \n
