As part of the team, we are seeking a Contract Manager to join us.

\n

Responsibilities :

\n
• \n

  Lead the commercial and contractual management of all Superstructure and Precast packages. Manage procurement strategy, tendering, evaluation, negotiation, and award of major subcontract packages.

\n
• \n

  Administer subcontract agreements throughout the project lifecycle.

\n
• \n

  Assess variations, claims, extensions of time, and commercial risks.

\n
• \n

  Monitor subcontractor performance against cost, programme, quality, and contractual obligations. Lead commercial negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers.

\n
• \n

  Develop and maintain package budgets, forecasts, and cost reports.

\n
• \n

  Support monthly internal and client reporting requirements.

\n
• \n

  Identify and implement commercial opportunities and cost-saving initiatives.

\n
• \n

  Coordinate with construction, engineering, and project controls teams to manage package delivery.

\n
• \n

  Support the resolution of disputes and contractual issues.

\n

Requirements:

\n

\n
• \n

  Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Law, or related discipline.

\n
• \n

  8–15 years' experience in contract administration and commercial management.

\n
• \n

  Previous experience managing major structural, precast, or concrete packages on large infrastructure or building projects.

\n
• \n

  Strong understanding of subcontract procurement and contract management.

\n
• \n

  Experience with claims, variations, and commercial negotiations.

\n
• \n

  Knowledge of Australian construction contracts.

\n
• \n

  Experience in Joint Venture environments is desirable.

\n
• \n

  Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
