At Attain Healthtech, we take frontend performance, reliability and accessibility seriously. As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you'll play a key role in delivering polished, accessible interfaces and ensuring platform quality through thoughtful implementation and problem-solving. While you'll contribute across the stack, your work will involve building and maintaining frontend Angular application, contributing to our Design System and Component Library, and driving accessibility standards across the platform.

Responsibilities \n

\nCollaborate with team members, designers, and stakeholders to solve complex problems and design effective frontend solutions
\n
\nTake technical ownership of entire software projects, ensuring frontend architecture and applications are robust, accessible, and user-friendly
\n
\nLead the design, development, testing, and deployment of frontend code (Angular) to production
\n
\nBuild and maintain reusable components within our Design System and Component Library
\n
\nEnsure all user-facing features meet WCAG accessibility standards
\n
\nProduce clear, detailed documentation - including component usage guides, architectural decisions, and code comments
\n
\nInvestigate and resolve frontend issues based on customer and stakeholder feedback
\n
\nChampion frontend best practices and accessibility standards by following clean, standardised coding conventions
\n
\nProvide mentorship and guidance to junior team members
\n
\nActively contribute to architectural discussions and technical decision-making within the team
\n

What are we looking for \n
\n
- \n
\n3-5 years of professional experience in frontend development, primarily with Angular.
\n
\nProven experience working with Design Systems and Component Libraries.
\n
\nSolid understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and assistive technology support.
\n
\nStrong understanding of modern frontend technologies, HTML semantics, CSS, and TypeScript.
\n
\nAbility to design and implement frontend solutions based on requirements and design specifications.
\n
\nExperience with testing and verifying code.
\n
\nExcellent in both written and verbal communication, particularly for technical documentation.
\n
\nExperience with GitHub and Jira.
