Peer Worker – Recovery & Connected Care

Wellways Australia is seeking a dedicated Peer Worker for Connected Care to support participants across Northern Tasmania. This field-based role emphasizes lived experience, recovery-focused practice, and building authentic connections within a multidisciplinary team.

You will work in a full-time capacity from Launceston, contributing to high-quality, person-centred mental health care under the Connected Care model. A current driver licence and willingness to travel are required.
