Rural Branch Leader: Grow the Team & Customers

National Pumping & Irrigation – Cobram VIC is seeking a hands-on leader to take the reins of the Cobram operation. You will build a great team, strengthen customer relationships and drive continued growth of the business.

The role requires owning the Cobram branch's performance, leading a diverse team across sales, service, projects, retail and support, and using financial data to inform decisions and identify improvement opportunities. Relocation candidates are welcome.
