Residential Youth Worker: Trauma-Informed Care & Growth

Anglicare SQ is seeking a Residential Youth Worker to provide care and support to children and young people in out-of-home care or at-risk families. The role focuses on safety, life skills, and community inclusion.

You will be the primary caregiver during shifts and work with the Coordinator to develop trauma-informed interventions for young people with complex needs. Flexible weekday, weekend, and public holiday availability is essential.
