HR Generalist: Flexible, Full-Lifecycle People Partner

Cancer Council SA is seeking a true HR generalist to provide expert guidance across the full employee lifecycle. Reporting to the General Manager People, Safety and Culture, you will support managers and staff in recruitment, employee relations, performance management and compliance across our organisation.

You will lead the annual remuneration review, coordinate the Performance and Development cycle, HR/WHS training and employee surveys, and help drive people management improvements.
