Permanent and Casual Educators

We are seeking inspiring and innovative Permanent and Casual Educators.

The successful candidates will have a passion for delivering high-quality education and care and be able to work collaboratively with all educators to ensure high-quality practice is achieved.

To be considered for the role, you will require:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Studying Certificate III as a minimum for casual educator roles.
• Experience in delivering and implementing high-quality education and care within an Education and Care setting
• Knowledge of or willingness to understand the Education and Care Services Regulations and Law
• Knowledge of or willingness to understand the Early Years Learning Framework and The National Quality Standard

Role Requirements

• Reporting to the Centre Director and Assistant Director, you will be required to assist in the supervision, care and education of children, and support the successful day-to-day operation of the centre.
• Plan and implement suitable programs for children attending the centre, supporting their general development, in conjunction with creating a friendly, secure and stimulating interactive learning environment.
• You will need to be compassionate, can build rapport with both children and parents, be hygiene and safety focused, and be a positive team player.

Casual position

• Must be available up to 37.5 hours per week, between 6:30 am and 6:00 pm, with a remuneration of $30 - $40 per hour - not including worker retention payments and above award rate.
