COMMERICAL HOUSEKEEPER

Full Time * Permanent

Salary: $67000 - $79000 p.a. plus Superannuation

Auleth Pty Ltd are looking for Commercial Housekeeper with following duties and responsibilities:

• Undertaking comprehensive cleaning and maintenance of building interiors and their adjacent outdoor spaces
• Performing floor care operations including sweeping, mopping, polishing, vacuuming, and carpet shampooing
• Cleaning and maintaining curtains and upholstered furnishings
• Dusting and polishing all furniture, fixtures, and fittings
• Managing waste disposal through rubbish collection, waste container emptying, and transportation to designated disposal facilities
• Restocking minibars and replenishing essential items including drinking glasses, writing materials, linens, and food provisions
• Preparing beds through stripping, making, and changing bed linens
• Executing kitchen maintenance duties encompassing dishwashing, cleaning cooking utensils, and sanitizing appliances, cupboards, countertops, pantries, and flooring
• Processing linens and garments through collection, sorting, washing, drying, ironing, and mending
• Preparing and preparing meals, arranging and clearing dining areas, and serving food and beverages
• Providing household support services including pet and plant care, visitor reception, telephone communication management, message delivery, and grocery procurement

Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning, hospitality or a similar role
• Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Basic English communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Working Hours and Availability

This role operates on a rotating roster. Applicants must be available to work:

• Day, evening or night shifts

• Additional hours during peak periods where required

Pay: $67,000.00 – $79,000.00 per year
