Commercial Property Associate / Senior Associate
Looking for the quality of work and clients of a national or mid-tier firm, without the layers of bureaucracy? This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Associate or Senior Associate to join a thriving Brisbane practice with an impressive and growing client base.
Acting for property developers, investors, corporate clients and business owners, you'll be involved in a broad range of sophisticated commercial property matters while enjoying genuine autonomy and direct client exposure.
The Role You will be responsible for:
- Running commercial property files autonomously from commencement to completion
- Commercial property acquisitions and disposals
- Commercial, retail and industrial leasing matters
- Property development and project work
- Due diligence and complex transactional matters
- Providing strategic property advice to a diverse client base
- Supervising, mentoring and developing junior lawyers and support staff
- Managing client relationships and contributing to the ongoing growth of the practice
About You
- Associate or Senior Associate level commercial property experience
- Strong technical and commercial skills
- Proven ability to manage matters independently
- Experience mentoring or supervising junior team members
- Excellent client relationship and communication skills
- A practical, solutions-focused approach
