Youth Justice Worker - Training, Impact & Career Growth

Department of Justice and Community Safety VIC – Malmsbury VIC is hiring a Youth Justice Worker for a permanent, full-time role. You will guide a small group of young men, model positive behaviour, promote safety, and support participation in vocational training and education as they reintegrate into the community.

The role combines on-site security responsibilities with mentoring, restorative processes, and connections to health and education services.
