Mobilisation Coordinator (12-Month FTC) - FIFO Ops

KBSS is looking for a Mobilisation Coordinator to support the Operations function with blue-collar workforce mobilisation across multiple projects. Reporting to the Workforce Supervisor, you will coordinate end-to-end mobilisation and demobilisation, bookings for flights, transport, accommodation and site-based personnel.

This 12-month fixed-term maternity cover completes a 38-hour week schedule. You will maintain mobilisation schedules, inductions, PPE procurement, and accurate data for payroll
