As a Business Advisory Graduate at RSM, you will have the opportunity to develop the ability to apply fundamental accounting skills, understand accounting plans, prepare financial statements, develop a working knowledge of the fundamental electronic accounting tools, and much more!

Key Responsibilities :

Providing strategic and operational advice to clients
Accounting and business advisory
Cloud accounting and digital advisory
Strategic outsourcing
Prepare and execute ad-hoc tasks to provide support to the team
SME tax compliance and simplification
Superannuation services
Business strategy and development
Succession and estate planning
Bring a positive attitude to a team environment
Tailoring each task to different clients

About You :

You are currently studying towards or have completed a bachelor’s degree in Business / Commerce with an Accounting major

Integrity is one of your core values, and you hold yourself and those you work with to a high standard of professionalism and mutual respect

You are able to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues

You are a self-starter and a team player, and you can bring your unique skills and ideas to the table

You possess a can-do attitude and a passion for continuous learning and professional growth

You are adaptable, able to take in knowledge and apply it to other situations

You have great time management skills

You are at ease working with a wide variety of clients
