Start your career in painting with an apprenticeship in painting and decorating!

As an Apprentice Painter you will receive both on and off the job training working towards CPC30611 Certificate III Painting and Decorating which will see you employed directly by Kestrel through to completion.

Work on a variety of projects and properties

Receive mentoring from experienced tradespeople

Develop new skills in surface preparation paint application color matching and more

As an apprentice painter and decorator with our client youll get handson training across commercial industrial and maintenance works.

Join a supportive crew where you can grow your expertise in areas like :

  • Sanding patching and priming surfaces
  • Interpreting plans and specifications
  • Protecting surfaces and cleaning up work sites
  • Safely operating tools and equipment
  • Matching mixing and applying paints and finishes

We provide structured onthejob training paired with theorybased learning. Youll work towards gaining your Certificate III in Painting and Decorating while being employed as a Kestrel Apprentice.

About You

  • Current Drivers Licence
  • Able to commit to a four year apprenticeship
  • White card prior to commencement
