What You'll Be Doing:
- Supporting insurance policy and claims management activities
- Preparing claims briefs and coordinating defence packages
- Managing records administration and maintaining accurate documentation
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Providing exceptional customer service and professional communication
- Monitoring progress, identifying risks, and escalating issues when required
- Taking ownership of tasks and seeing them through to completion
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in administration and records management
- Strong systems knowledge and excellent attention to detail
- Insurance and/or claims management experience
- Understanding of risk and compliance principles
- Outstanding customer service and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
