The Opportunity

Our Lysaght business is looking for a  Customer Service Representative  to join the Customer Service Team  based in Tweed Heads . Made in Australia since 1921 Lysaght manufactures and markets steel building products that have helped shape the nation : from iconic corrugated roofing over Australian homes to large commercial and industrial projects.

Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor this is an exciting opportunity to work in a busy office environment and demonstrate your passion for exceptional customer service. What Will You Do

Being the face of Lysaght for our customers you will :

  • interact with our customers over the phone email and in person at the trade counter managing quotes projects orders design and queries
  • followup on quotations and inquiries converting these into sales opportunities
  • collaborate with internal stakeholders including warehouse transport procurement and sales departments to ensure customer expectations and requirements are met
  • nurture and grow relationships with customers to uncover new business and sales opportunities
  • resolving issues and seeking ways to improve the customers experience
