Empathetic Disability Support Worker - Community Activities

STRENGTH COMMUNITY DISABILITY SERVICES PTY LTD – Newcastle NSW is seeking a Support Worker based in Newcastle, NSW. You will support a man in his 60s with psychosocial disability and complex PTSD, providing community access, in-home support, gym attendance, and outings.

The role requires you to transport the participant and his dog and build trust through clear communication and a calm, respectful approach. Availability on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays is required.
