Holiday Inn Express Newcastle is seeking a Full-time Express Agent to deliver our Service Style, Mission Made Easy, built on three behaviors: Be Ready, Be Engaging and Be On It. You will work at the front desk, using PMS systems to ensure smooth arrivals and stays.
We value a bubbly, guest-focused personality, eagerness to learn, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a rotating roster. RSA certification will be supported if not already held.
