Receptionist/Food & Beverage Attendant

Job Description

This is a dual-position role that supports both Reception and Food & Beverage operations. You'll be the welcoming face of the retreat, assisting guests from check-in to check-out, while also providing high-quality service in our restaurant and lounge areas., Reception

Reception

• Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service
• Manage check-ins, check-outs, and reservation enquiries
• Handle phone calls, emails, and guest requests professionally
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
• Provide local information and assist with guest itineraries

Food & Beverage

• Serve guests in the restaurant, bar, and lounge areas
• Take orders, deliver meals, and maintain a clean dining environment
• Assist with bar service (training provided if required)
• Set up and pack down dining areas

About the Candidate

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliability, professionalism, and a team-focused mindset
• Previous hospitality or reception experience is an advantage, but not essential
• Availability for a mix of weekdays, weekends, and holiday periods
