Casual Aged Care Worker — Flexible Shifts & Training

BaptistCare NSW & ACT is welcoming new residents at Heritage Manor in Morwell and has casual opportunities for experienced Personal Care Workers. These shifts span mornings across weekdays and weekends, offering variety and meaningful resident connection.

You’ll deliver hands-on personal care guided by each resident’s care plan, with a focus on the person in front of you, while maintaining compassion and confidentiality. Training and support are provided.
