People Experience Coordinator: Learning, Onboarding & Awards

City of Adelaide is seeking a People Experience Administrator to drive employee experience initiatives, support learning and leadership programs, and manage onboarding and communications. You will work within the People Experience Team to organise training, coordinate events and ensure smooth operation of HR systems.

You will build relationships with staff at all levels, implement process improvements, and deliver consistent, engaging experiences for our people.
