About the Role
Contract opportunity for an experienced Change Manager for a key digital initiative. You'll be instrumental in the successful delivery of the Customer Information Lifecycle Project, focused on transforming how to manage customer data across the core systems.
What You Will Do
- Assess complex organisational change requirements, focusing on the people-side of system and process transformations.
 - Develop and deliver comprehensive training materials and programs to ensure successful adoption of the new systems.
 - Ensure all change initiatives adhere to the OCM Framework to maximise benefit realisation and ROI.
 - Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to integrate change activities seamlessly into the overall project plan.
 - Develop and implement strategic stakeholder engagement plans, tailoring activities to different groups across the organisation.
 
What You Need To Apply For This Role
Minimum 3 years experience overseeing Organisational Change Management on multiple, complex ICT projects.Experience applying formalised OCM methods, approaches, and industry best practice (e.g., PROSCI, CMI, CMBoK).Experienced in conducting training needs analysis, creating training materials, and delivering effective training to end-users.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong working relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.Availability to commence immediately and work on-site three days a week.How to Apply
