Coles Merchandiser

Join our Coles Relay Team (CRT) on an ongoing, casual basis. You will be responsible for completing various merchandising tasks such as relays/planograms, point of sale set-up, pricing and ticketing.

About the Role:
We are looking for a Merchandiser in OCEAN SHORES and surrounds including Tweed Heads, Murwillumbah, Banora Point & Casuarina.

Up to 25 hours per week (average 15 hours per week) Hours vary depending on business needs and are not limited to one store.Flexibility is required across Monday to Friday with Monday and Wednesday being essential days.

Key Responsibilities:
- Developing strong relationships with Grocery personnel
- Creating and maintaining quality relays/planograms in stores
- Pricing and ticketing compliance
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Submit accurate reporting and upload quality photos via smartphone
- Safely performing the physical requirements, including prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements.

Successful candidate will have:
- Planogram or similar experience in a grocery/retail environment
- Strong communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail
- Experience working within the Coles Group is highly regarded (not essential)
- Ability to perform the physical & repetitive requirements of the role
