The role:

We are seeking for a Leasing Executive to join us. You will be part of our Transaction Management team, responsible for executing one of our well-esteemed Client’s property portfolio.

This is a critical role where you will work across their national portfolio, utilising your expert lease negotiations to achieve cost reduction initiatives.

Please note that this is a 12-month fixed-term contract with potential for an extension or conversion to permanent.

This critical role will be responsible for executing Telstra's Network Property strategy through expert lease negotiations and cost reduction initiatives across their national portfolio.

Snapshot of the roles:

• Lead negotiations for our Client’s property leases to secure optimal commercial outcomes
• Manage strategic and administrative duties including budget development, reporting, and KPI tracking
• Coordinate property transactions from negotiation through to documentation and completion
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including the Clients, landlords, and site aggregators

Requirements:

• Current Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration
• Tertiary qualification in Real Estate or Property
• Experience in tenant representation and/or leasing, preferably in telecommunications or high-volume portfolio management
• Strong financial acumen with ability to manage and report transaction data accurately
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to meet tight deadlines
• Experience with lease administration and property management systems
