They are seeking an energetic Leasing Consultant to join their vibrant team of 20+. This is a rare opportunity to step into a high-performing agency that combines professionalism with a fun, social culture.

The Role :

As the face of a premium property portfolio, you’ll play a key role within a POD team structure, reporting to a Senior Property Manager. This fast-paced role offers variety, autonomy, and excellent support. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Handling rental enquiries via phone and email
  • Conducting open homes and private inspections
  • Completing ingoing, outgoing, and routine inspections
  • Managing your diary and weekly schedule
  • Coordinating property marketing and advertising campaigns
  • Preparing lease documentation and facilitating sign-ups
  • Providing administrative support as required

    • About You :

  • Previous leasing experience in real estate (preferred)
  • Current Certificate of Registration and Driver’s Licence
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset
  • Solid knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act 2010
