Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Casino Cage and Keno services.
• Report to the Director Cashier Services and lead a team of Cashiers & Cashier Supervisors, providing leadership, guidance, and support to maintain high standards of customer service, compliance, and operational excellence.
• Coordinate daily operations, including team member scheduling and professional development.
• Drive continuous improvement through process change, management of costs and review of guest experience.
• Establish and maintain patron accounts in compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Supervise and guide the team, fostering a proactive and high-performance environment.
• Collaborate with various departments, including Security and Surveillance, to ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the compliance requirements relating to the Casino Control Act 1982, associated Legislation and the System of Accounting and Internal Control.
