Your Role

Key responsibilities include :

Participating in the 2026 Graduate Rotational Program in Sustainability.
Gaining hands-on experience and developing leadership skills in the industry.
Collaborating with teams in the Perth office and potentially on local, regional, and interstate construction projects.

About You

Candidates should possess :

Australian or New Zealand citizenship or Australian Permanent Residency.

A completed undergraduate or postgraduate qualification in Environment, Sustainability, Communications / Public Affairs, or similar (2023-2025).

Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and passion for the construction industry.

Mobility and flexibility for project work.
