The Role
The goal of the Geotechnical Customer Success Manager (CSM) is to ensure their customers are satisfied, their expectations are being met or exceeded, and they are maximising the value of their investment in Seequent products and solutions.
Working closely with customers in the Civil and Environmental sectors you will be responsible for developing and maintaining positive customer relationships that promote growth through increased product usage, user retention and loyalty.
