Role Overview
Reporting to the Manager Site Support, you will be a strategic partner to the MAC Leadership Team. You will be responsible for managing the annual Business Planning activities for site, with a focus on the 12-24 month time horizon. Through this process, you’ll translate our long-term strategies into operational plans, and define the standards by which these plans are monitored, and success is measured.
You will be highly adept at deriving insights from a range of different data sources, visualising and communicating these insights to guide leadership judgement and priorities, and ultimately deliver high‑value projects and / or Programs of Work.
To be successful in this role, you must be adaptable; able to quickly pivot plans to accommodate changing business priorities. This role is suited to an energetic, enthusiastic and self-motivated professional who is seeking an influential role within WAIO.
