About the role
Mainfreight Air and Ocean National Finance Team, has an exciting opportunity for someone to join the team based at our Tullamarine Office. Training will be provided if you do not have prior experience.
This position entails and is responsible for the daily branch auto upload allocations of customer receipts, processing of direct debits, Australian customs reports and few payroll data entries, updating daily exchange rates, Reconciliation of Company payment platform, automatic upload of credit card payments, bank reconciliations, working with basic excel worksheet, weekly and month end work- supporting Financial Accountant. Skill Requirements
- A passion and excitement to learn
- Good keyboard skills – be able to type without looking at keyboard for each stroke.
- A love of working within a team and be keen to learn
- Experience in Microsoft Excel (Basic)
- A proven ability to complete tasks, follow-up and get results
- You must have good communication skills and a high attention to detail. You will be a team player, flexible and enjoy working to deadlines.
