What will I be doing?

• On-board, train and coach all Business Mentors within the assigned Team, tailoring support to achieve operational objectives.
• Tailor support and mentorship to staff as appropriate, ensuring successful delivery of operational objectives.
• Develop and review individualised Business Plans to progress participants onto Small Business Coaching.
• Coordinate and facilitate participants' access to training.
• Monitor and review participant engagement, participation and progress in company record database.
