What you will be expected to do :

Analyze problems and take necessary steps to resolve them within the customer's desired timeframe.

Troubleshoot issues as per customer requirements.

Issue invoices and collect payments for services rendered.

Follow up with customers regarding services if needed.

Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor throughout interactions.

What you are expected to have :

Strong background in resolving technology-related issues at homes and offices across platforms such as PC, Mac, iOS, and Android.

Own vehicle and basic troubleshooting equipment like laptops, tablets, and smartphones (minimum smartphone requirement : iPhone 7 or above; Android phones with version 5 or above).

Good communication skills, fluency in English, and a professional, friendly attitude.
