The Role
Were seeking a dedicated Psychologist to join our Student Life team. Reporting to the Dean of Wellbeing and Inclusion you will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to support the social emotional and academic wellbeing of Ormond students.
Key Responsibilities
Provide assessment brief interventions counselling and referral services.
Deliver proactive and holistic wellbeing plans for students.
Support crisis intervention and consult with staff and students on emerging wellbeing issues.
Create and deliver psychoeducational programs and workshops.
Maintain accurate case notes and wellbeing metrics to inform continuous improvement.
About You
Youll be passionate about student wellbeing and bring :
Postgraduate qualifications in Psychology.
Registration (or eligibility) with AHPRA.
Experience working with young adults from diverse backgrounds.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
A collaborative and studentcentred approach to mental health care.
