About the Role :

Position : Full-Time Early Childhood Teacher

Location : Busy Bees at Mirrabooka

41.88 – $53.90 per hour

Essential Qualifications :

Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent qualification recognized by ACECQA)

Working With Children Check (or ability to obtain one)

Teacher’s Registration

First Aid Certificate , including asthma and anaphylaxis training

Skills & Attributes We’re Looking For :

Deep understanding of Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standard (NQS)

Ability to create individualized educational programs for children

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Experience in observing and documenting children’s learning

Collaborative approach with families and colleagues

A commitment to fostering an inclusive and respectful learning environment

Desirable Skills :

Prior experience in Early Childhood Teaching

Knowledge of the Education and Care Services National Law and National Regulations

Familiarity with technology tools for documentation and communication
