The Full-time role :

Snooze Logan  is seeking a passionate Retail Sales Consultant who is well presented with a confident, authentic demeanour. An individual who knows how to build relationships while caring about providing expert service to our customers.

In this role, you can expect to be working across both the retail floor whilst assisting from time to time in the warehouse. Your work will be across agreed weekdays, weekends, and public holidays shifts.

At Snooze, you'll be

  • Building relationships with customers by following a proven sales process, and delivering customer centric sleep solutions.
  • Collaborating with your team in the day-to-day store operations – you will be merchandising bedrooms, lifting stock, operating computers, and walking the floor, delivering an awesome customer experience.
  • Additional duties include , occasional assistance with unloading / loading of trucks, as well as moving items around the warehouse and showroom as required.

You will bring

  • A great can do attitude
  • Organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A competitive drive that likes to chase and achieve targets.
  • Retail experience in selling big ticket items (preferred , but not essential )
  • Great communication skills, and a passion for working with people.
  • The necessary fitness to walk the floor throughout the day and the physical strength to carry heavy stock safely, from time to time.
