• Be hands-on in your approach supporting your team on the floor and setting the standard for service and execution
• Drive store performance through strong operational execution and achieving sales targets
• Champion customer service and ensure every customer walks away with a great experience
• Develop and inspire your team to grow into confident capable retail leaders
• Keep it safe by ensuring your team and store operate in a safe and supportive environment
• Problem-solve day-to-day challenges with confidence and calm
