Financial Analyst - Tspv

Approach Consulting is seeking a TSPV cleared Financial Analyst for a two-year full-time permanent or contract position. The role is with one of Canberra's prominent consulting firms, which will provide you support and management as required. They are a local Canberra business with a long history of providing management and financial consulting services across Federal Government and NGOs.In this role, you will deliver across business, financial, management, and procurement deliverables and bring to the role a strong understanding of Federal Government or Defence financial policy.Working as part of an integrated project team to support the delivery of Defence capability, you will deliver : Establishing and maintaining facilities for the delivery of financial supportProviding quarterly audit reports on Commonwealth expenditure associated with financial arrangementsFacilitating third-party oversight of financial management processes for security and audit purposes.Procurement ServicesSupporting the Commonwealth in establishing, procuring, and managing assetsBusiness Support ServicesEstablishing, managing, and operating commercial entities and servicesUnderstanding and effectively managing payments and administration of fundsAssisting in the identification and engagement of suitable businesses and / or acquisition of assetsEstablishing and maintaining contractual agreementsDeveloping and managing business continuity processes and proceduresAuditing commercial third parties for regulatory compliance and fit-for-purpose measuresPlease note a current Australian Government Security Clearance is required for this position.#J-18808-Ljbffr
