We are looking for dedicated Educators to join our friendly and supportive team, offering part-time and max-term positions with shifts between 6 : 30 am and 6 : 30 pm.

About the Centre

Our 84-place centre is thoughtfully designed across five rooms, including a combined 3- and 4-year-old kindergarten room that supports collaboration and learning. You’ll be joining a friendly and supportive team where everyone helps one another each day in a relaxed and caring environment.

We hold bi-monthly professional development meetings and offer free training, e-learning, and clear pathways for career advancement. You’ll also have access to fully supported in-house traineeships—progress from your Cert III all the way through to your Bachelor qualification while working.

Our outdoor spaces feature beautiful, large natural playgrounds fully shaded by trees, along with a dedicated sustainability yard complete with vegetable gardens, chickens, and worm farms. Sustainability is at the heart of everything we do—from reusing materials and community donations to participating in fundraisers and food drives that give back to the local community.

We maintain close relationships with local schools, ensuring a smooth transition to primary education through our school readiness program. Fresh, healthy meals are prepared onsite daily to nourish the children in our care.

Our Curriculum

Our educators and teachers are trained and accredited in the Lifelong Learning Curriculum – Australia’s most advanced approach to early education for children from birth to age five. It’s grounded in contemporary research and practices such as Circle of Security, Abecedarian, and Project-Based Learning.
