Database Administrator

We are looking for a skilled Database Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for the management, maintenance, and optimization of PostgreSQL databases to ensure their reliability and performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a PostgreSQL Database Administrator or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL database architecture and administration.
• Experience with database design, performance tuning, and optimization.
• Hands-on experience with backup and recovery strategies, replication, and high availability setups.
• Proficiency in SQL and PL/pgSQL programming.
• Knowledge of data modeling and schema design best practices.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL tools and utilities (e.g., pgAdmin, psql).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex database issues.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PostgreSQL Certified Professional) are a plus.
