Overview
This seasoned leader is responsible for fostering a winning and growth mindset, innovation, collaboration, and an ambitious customer- and consumer-centric culture across the DS team and their cross‑functional, and global partners. Their contributions as part of the Argentinian Leadership Team will ensure success in enterprise‑level performance, building high‑performing teams, and a strong culture where employees feel engaged, empowered, and thrive.
Responsibilities
- Translate business strategy into effective Sales & Marketing plans, build an effective team and instruct and direct them towards achievement of set objectives.
- Design and develop strategies and policies to meet business needs by planning, administering and reviewing the activities related to business development, pricing research and strategy, media planning, analytics and strategy, medical product market analytics, brand licensing and e‑commerce strategy.
- Influence the strategic direction of partnerships through informed decisions made from network cost / pricing and competitor analysis, medical product market analytics and e‑commerce strategies.
- Analyse, identify and resolve risks or issues to lead successful deployment of the Sales & Marketing strategy thereby increasing its effectiveness and efficiency and promoting profitability.
- Define processes and policies related to all verticals of Sales & Marketing including business development, pricing research and strategy, media planning, analytics and strategy, medical product market analytics, brand licensing and e‑commerce strategy.
- Critically examine Sales & Marketing programs, policies, processes, systems, products or services to ensure alignment with Galderma’s operating standards, bringing improvement or change where necessary.
- Lead and manage the budget and financial aspects of the Sales & Marketing.
- Deliver critical processes to drive transformation and change of Sales & Marketing practices to maximize profitability through sales.
- Analyse business challenges, implementing corrective measures on sales and marketing related issues and processes.
- Act as a liaison and build potential relationships with all stakeholders within and outside Galderma.
- Negotiate critical agreements / contracts with other departments and external parties.
- Develop strong, trusting relationships with senior business leaders across Galderma and partner organizations.
- Lead multiple teams of executives, directors / senior managers, and managers.
- Ensure appropriate talent selection, organization and leadership for major areas of the organization.
- Influence others across Galderma and externally as a recognized thought leader representing the Group.
- Foster cooperation and partnership to provide integrated solutions to problems.
Requirements
Experience in marketing and sales or related disciplines with a strong preference for some of this experience in consumer packaged goods focused on drug, mass and retail category segments. Additional experience in the luxury skincare or the pharmaceutical environment is an asset.Experience leading and inspiring teams through change management, leveraging a growth mindset to exceed expectations for the sake of consumers, customers, HCPs, and Galderma.Advanced English written and spoken.#J-18808-Ljbffr
